Switchover to fibre

Having just received the new adaptor to plug into the hub poses a couple of questions. As we are now not going to use the old landline are we still expected to pay for the landline fee and do all the other fees connected to the old system still being charged? i.e. caller display etc.

I can confirm that any previous charges related to the landline service will continue as normal.

Thanks for your prompt reply, I just thought there would be a slight reduction due to the fact that fibre is through my broadband and not a completely separate system.

I apologise for any disappointment caused, I am afraid there are currently no plans to offer a discount for the landline service.
