Hello - I've had the letter explaining about the switch over to the fibre network from my current 'hardwired' system. I have received the the new Fibre Phone Adaptor and the instructions for unplugging my main phone cable, installing the new adaptor into the top grey port of my hub and then plugging the telephone cable into the new adaptor. However, my telephone cable is about a metre in length and my hub is 3-metres away! Please can someone provide guidance on what I need to do 'bridge the gap' and get connectivity on 'switchover day?
