Will you please review recent email messages. To recap, the only communication we have had from Virgin was to inform us that we need to have an adapter installed on or after September 26th. We have not received a letter or an adaptor but according to your records the necessary work has already be carried out. We have since been advised that a technician will visit between 08.00 and 12.00 on 04/08. I responded to say this wasn't possible but you still sent me a text confirming the visit. The only way to cancel was to say that the non-existent problem was fixed.
