We’ve decided to switch our internet provider from Plusnet to VM and have bought a bundle contract that includes phone + broadband.
However, I realised now that during the signing up process I couldn’t select Plusnet specifically as my current provider as there was no place on the form to do this.
I would like to confirm whether VM would be able to have access in checking which broadband + phone provider I am currently with in order to do the switch over process? And to ensure that our landline remains the same as I did request for this.
