Stopping Voicemail

Hi ..

I see this has been asked before, but I have just found out I have Voicemail on my landline. I didn't ask for it and no one told me it was on there.
I dont want it as I have my own answering system, and have been unable to find out how to disable it.

Please, please, please, can someone tell me how to turn the service off.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community

Yeah voicemail is auto provisioned but we can assist to turn it off. It's just a 24 hour work order so I shall PM you now to assist further

Just to update the thread, the voicemail was removed and advised again the 24 hour work order rule.
