Now two weeks with landline faults. No dialtone and neither outgoing or incoming calls possible. VM refuse repairs but still charging for us for the 'service'
Got to be the worst 'services' I've experienced. But not for much longer.

Please can you let me know what sort of fault this is, what has been happening with it? I've had a look from our side and it looks like it's something to do with an export issue?
Also, what have our team advised? Please let me know and we can look into this for you.
