Still no phone

Well he we are again update from tuesday promised a engineer would call today between  8am and 12pm still waiting phoned yet again twice first put me through as could not track who was coming went through to the team that digs up pavements etc second time said there is no time on his computer but wait until 7pm I confirmed I had 2 messages from vm confirming the time slot could he not track to see how was coming to do the job which the reply does not have that facility and when I get a survey please say how helpfully he had been,REALLY.
