In the bumph that came in with the new landline connector, it showed an address for SilentGard and game a .com address to set call blocking up. 
there’s just one problem, the silentgard.com address doesn’t work!

has anyone had this problem and have you found a solution?

can you put a link up for me to try please. 
I tried silentgard.com and got the same blank error page as above.

Please can you confirm this does not work on mobile date and a WIFI connection?

No parental set as I’m the only person in the house. 
doesn't work on the mobile either. 
not had a chance to test it on my Mac yet though

If its not working on both this could point to it being a suspended / dodgy website.

Please do try on your Mac and it doesn't work on that its something to do with the website unfortunately.

Okay, will you inform virgin about this and have them remove it from the pamphlets as it’s being advertised as a site/service to use. It came in with the documentation for the telephone connector for landlines please.
