Hello our landline is down
The status reports back as ok.
I have followed all the help advice. There is still an issue.
Can VM agent please PM me and I will give you my account details.
Otherwise can anybody inform me how to report and issue with my landline. (The on line help just send you around in circles, without providing away to report a problem)

Hello Martin
The engineer's visit went very well thank you.
The VM engineer - Ben 70164 called me on my mobile prior to arriving. He arrived in the timeframe of the appointment you had arranged.
He made an assessment and advised us to move to a new digital landline connected to our hub. We accepted this and Ben sorted it all out for us.
He also fitted a new outside cover box to protect and tidy up the cable/phone input. Ben also asked us if we had any more questions he could help us with.
So a very good job and visit. The phone is working well and should be future-proof.
