My father is 97 and does not use the Internet.

Sorry. I cant find where to do this on the account. Can you revert it back to paper bills please.

Just to confirm, have you tried

1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to paper billing
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.

I still cant find it.

Please can you revert back to paper bills as im getting distressed.
