I keep on getting text messages on my mobile from Virgin saying "..we're working on transferring your home phone number...we need some more information...please reply with CHAT then follow option 2 for Number Port..."
If I reply to the text message with "CHAT" (or anything else!) I just get "Not delivered". Are they actually asking me to reply to the text message, or do they mean for me to go into some sort of chat forum and talk to them that way? If so, does anyone know how to do it?!

I am sorry for any confusion caused with this.
If you are waiting for your number to be ported, then this message could be for you. Can you please tell me the last 4 digits of the mobile number that messaged you?

I have checked it is a message from us, not a scam.
Looks like there has been an issue with your Port request, can you please try replying to the SMS message again?
