I would like to reduce the home phone part of my package from Unlimited calls to Evening and Weekends only.
I called the online helpdesk when my bill went up to £60.75 per month.
But I was told that after the change my package would actually cost even more.

Depending on any discounts you've got and if they are associated to a particular part of a bundle, then reducing the services may not reduce the cost, potentially cost more.
