Re: Lost landline number when moving from sky to virgin media

I am onto sky but they are saying that nothing can be done. However I'm still being form with them.

Meanwhile as I was searching for how to recover or reactivate a number I came across virgin community and how Paul had helped a customer in June 2020.

I strongly believe my number can also be recovered but only virgin can do it.

My virging

The sales rep sanjaykumar has spelt my surname without the D.

 

He said he will change it but that hasn't been done as well.

 

I'm really upset with the concern while setting up my account

Sorry to hear the above 

I can look at the Name on the account and get that corrected 

However the Number Port From Sky would not be possible if the Sky Account is no longer active sorry. 

To correct the name

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

Just to confirm the correct name on the account will be amended in the next 24 hours 

Sadly we are not able to bring your number over as we do need the other supplier to have an active account 

I know its not the answer you are looking for. We have tried before your post and it came back unsuccessful

1 week later its still incorrect.

My surname should be SELVENDRAN

In my virgin media app still showing as SELVENRAN

The D should be added on.
