Quick start no dial tone! Help

Hi

 

so I’ve swapped my hub, the old one worked fine with the phone line connected to the hub, I’ve now swapped to the new hub connected it all up step by step but I have no dial tone it says check line! It was working fine with the old hub

 

can someone help me with this!?

It can take up to 24 hours for the phone line to activate on the new hub.

Can you please give us an update on the landline services? 

 

I believe you spoke to our team today and deemed that the landline was now working, is this correct?
