Problems connecting landline to hub

Hi - I've recently been "migrated" to fibre phone. I've plugged my old landline phone into by hub (Super Hub 2), via the virgin adaptor.

The phone remains completely dead, however. No dial tone at all.

I'm guessing I need a newer hub. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

A Hub(3/4/5) is required for the VOIP phone, these have a couple of TEL sockets.

Disconnect the phone adaptor from the Hub 2 that is not going to work.

Hi - thank you for your answer. How do I go about getting the required hub?

Thanks.

Hello Eddy99

Sorry to hear of the landline issues since the migration to your Hub, we appreciate the confusion this can cause and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

As Client62 has advised, the migration to the landline working via the Hub relies on a Hub 3, Hub 4 or Hub 5 to support the service. In order for this to work we will need to update the Hub, I will send you a Private Message to get some details from you to arrange this and look forward to hearing back form you.

Thanks

Rob
