This morning my landline no longer has a dialling tone. It was fine until about 10am but then a “no line “ message appeared on the handset screen. WiFi is unaffected.
Called the landline from mobile & received a message saying that we are unavailable right now.
Tried calling the helpline but just got a message saying they are too busy and to ring back later.
Any ideas how I go about getting it fixed?
