Problem with landline

Hello

my landline is not working.  I have no dial tone and when I call my landline from my mobile it says the number is engaged (which it isn’t). I have tired different handsets and still have the same problem. I have unplugged and plugged back in the main phone socket and still the problem. Managed to make a brief call then it cut off for no reason. Checked on service status on webpage and says no problems. It is ST5 postcode area and 01782 phone code. Anyone else having similar problems??

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline at the moment.

 

I have been able to locate your account and run some checks, I have found that an engineer visit is needed to resolve this but to book this in, I will need to confirm a few details via a private message.
