My mother-in-law has Virgin package including landline. She is an elderly and vulnerable lady who has frequent hospital phone calls re ongoing treatment plus family cannot contact her. She can call out without a problem, I phoned yesterday was told they would check it out and ring me back on my mobile but never go back to me. We need to get this fixed urgently
