Greetings,
Currently I am searching in circles on how to switch to eBilling.
I do have a myvirginmedia account and I did go to account settings, however there is no eBilling section/button to be found.
Contacted via calling - long queue and no answer
Contacted via livechat - long queue and no answer
Is there a solution?

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂
If you sign in online, go to Account Details> Communication preferences, you will be able to update to ebilling there.
