Hi
I bought a package with virgin media recently and the sales team assured me I will be able to take my mothers phone number who also had virgin media at the same address. Now that the package is all set up, there doesn’t seem to be any record of this on the VM systems and I haven’t got her phone number yet. Please could you help.

Can I ask regarding the number, was it active prior to you taking the service at the address?

the number was active at this address. I was getting a decent volt bundle and my mothers contract was coming to an end so I deceived to take a contract out on my name under the same address. I was advised (again by the sales team) to put through the disconnection of my mums account including the landline. And the number will stay with virgin media and will be easily reallocated to my account
