Hi,
I’ve just added a phone to my VM package and would like to port in my existing Vonage phone number. I could find out how to do this with a mobile but not a landline (Virgin could do with adding to the FAQs).
Is there anyone from Virgin on that can advise?

Hi ChrisP_Liv,
You would have had to request this at the point of sale, we can fill in a port form but this can take 14 working days.
Is the number you want to bring over still active?

Hi Zoie,
The line is still active, transferring wasn't mentioned when I was offered the landline by retentions. The comms via WhatsApp were quite simple, it just said we will give you this, and this etc.
