Porting home phone number

Hi,

My home phone number was due to be ported over today (had this number over 20 years) from sky.

This hadn't happened by the afternoon so contacted Virgin

I was told it would happen at 15:30 hrs today but it still has not happened yet!

Could this be looked at please whilst I am in my cooling off period I do not want to loose this number and will cancel if this is not sorted out soon.
