Hi,
Dial 17070 recorded voice provides the correct telephone number for the line.
Dial 1765 reports Purple Zone.
Dial ported landline from mobile or external landline - number invalid.
Dial from ported landline out to mobile rings fine.
Logged ticket with offshore tech 24.12.21 (hardware fault finding script). Reboot etc..
Can you punt ticket to Porting team for investigation please?
