This is a follow up to a previous request chain with ‘Sophia’ in Nov 21. I cannot respond to the last message in that chain which indicates the call was closed.
the last request was for me to come back to Sophia informing her that the landline was now active and then she was going to port over my BT phone number to Virgin.
now that the landline is active I would like to go ahead with the request.
