Port in landline number

I’ve had my account for quite a while but now want to port my boyfriend’s landline number (I don’t currently use the landline). Please can someone advise next steps (other than being on hold in a call queue!!) Huge thanks

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We can certainly help you with this request, we will need to place a request with your boyfriend's current telephone provider to bring the number across to ourselves.

This process normally takes 10 days.
