Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
Is it possible you could expand on what you need support with please? Normally when a port of a number is processed is when you take out the services over here - did that happen? Can you also let me know if the account you have with BT is still active or cancelled?

Hi Ryan, yes we have a Virgin package which includes phone and broadband which we've had for about 6 months. The BT number is still active and we've just come to the end of a contract period with them so looking to terminate and switch 100%.
