Please deactivate my landline voicemail

Hi Please can you remove the Virginmedia voicemail from my landline as it kicks in before my home phones answerphone which gives a visual indication I have a message.

I have been able to raise the order to removed voicemail from your landline service and this will go ahead within the next 24 hours.

Please let me know if this hasn't been removed by 5 pm on tomorrow and I can look into this further.
