No phone service online checks say it's ok but it's not used the new port thing as it won't work in old slot or new port ...any ideas please can't get through on phone

Sorry to hear you're facing issues with your landline.

From checking our service I can't currently see any area fault also.

When you state new port, is this regarding a landline connecting through the Hub?
