Today 29th of June is the day that my phone should switch over to the fibre network. I have attached my phone using the fibre phone adapter provided and I can get no dialing time. I have rebooted the hub 3 twice and still nothing. I have had to switch back everything so that I have a working landline. Do I need an engineer?
