My phone stopped working over six weeks now.
My trusty mobile has been seeing me through.
There is no dial tone, when someone rings me, they hear it ringing, but there is nothing from my phone. I tested the hand set at my friends house and it is fine, save me buying a new one.
I ring the number from my mobile and same thing happens, I can hear it ringing, but the phone is dead. All connections are secure, the handset is connected to the back of the hub.
Luckily I don't rely on it, but it would be nice to have it working, even so that business people can contact me.

I've run through a few diagnostics and need you try a reboot of your hub for me, please let me know if there is any change to your line and we'll take it from there 🙂
