Hi, my house phone isn't working, in Edinburgh Eh5. No dialing tone, unable to make or take calls. Appreciate any help.

We checked and did not find any issues in your area network that may be affecting this line, could you please advise if your phone connects via the hub and if you've tried to reboot the hub or try a different handset to see if this works?
Also, do you have a dial tone when you pick up the phone and before you call a number out?

Hi,
Thank you for your response, phone not connected to the hub its plug in. No dialing tone at all.

Sorry to see the line is dead, have you also tested a different handset to see if this resolves the issue?
As the line works via the hub, have you rebooted the hub recently to see if this fault clears out, perhaps?
