Hi, have an issue with phone line, not able to do outgoing calls or receive calls, no dial tone and faint crackling noise on line

I'm so sorry to hear you're facing some issues with your landline services at the moment. I've taken a look over things on our systems and there appears to be a known fault in the area that's likely causing this problem for you. The current estimated fix time is approximately 3:00pm on September 1st.

If the issue persists following this time, please let us know and we can go from there.

hi, phone line is still the same - no dial tone, faint crackling on line as well.

I have had a look and can see that yes the landline is still non-contactable.
I will investigate this further for you.
