No tv virgin and no dialling tone on phone trying to book an engineer to come out and gt it sorted bt i cant book online? If nt I’m changing my contract to someone else. KERP on saying online no faults in my area bt it’s nt working!!!!

I'm really sorry to hear that you're facing some TV and landline services recently. What issues are you having with the services exactly? Have you been able to use our Service Status Checker to see if there's any known area impacting faults where you are that would explain this?
