Hi,
Since last Sunday (28th August), our home phone line has been down. On the status page it was showing as ‘an issue’, but this was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. As of this morning (1st Sept), no calls can be received and the caller just hears a continuous ringing without going to voicemail.
I can’t seem to book an engineer as there is currently no problem in my area? Either that or it’s very difficult to get to the ‘book an engineer’ screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
