My phone line has been down since 12pm 16 March
I can call the landline from my mobile and it rings from my phone. However the house phones (all three) do not ring so it appears that no one has answered the phone.
Theres no dial tone either but the status shows all services are working...?
I'm wondering if the lines are damaged from the very windy weather. Can we resolve this please.

Thank you for posting on the forum and welcome to the community.
Have you been able to check for any area issues reported here virg.in/service? Our cabling is underground so it is unlikely to be due to damage to the cable from the wind directly.
Once you have checked the above please let us know and we can take it from there.

I've checked the status and there's no issues, which I find strange. I've checked all the ports to ensure the lines are plugged in and the rest of the phones in the house
