Our phone line has a constant busy tone. We can’t make or receive calls. Everything is plugged in fine. When I ran the check it said it couldn’t run the test. Please can someone check it?

Thanks for your reply @IneedHelp4. As I can see an issue with the line that we can't resolve from here I've arranged a visit from an engineer. You will find confirmation of the appointment via your online account (virg.in/myVM) and can reschedule from there if needed.
