I’m guessing it’s because I cancelled my direct debit and paid by debit card.?
I’ve spent over £100 on my mobile phone trying to get answers from VM so I want that money back in cash or by way of credit into my account. As no one has contacted me and i’m Not prepared to call again and rack up more charges the only way to do it is to not pay!!
If you can get someone to call and discuss please.
Such a shame the service has deteriorated. I’ve been a Cable London customer then Telewest and now virgin media customer for about 20 years and never has the service been this bad.
Sometimes the issues are more complex and require more work than originally anticipated which can delay the estimated fix time provided, I'm very sorry about this but it's with the team who are currently working as fast as possible to fix this for you permanently. ^Em
10 days, mine has been down for months, so why am I paying for a phone line I cannot use, an internet connection that is spotty at best and they have just emailed me to tell me they are going to be putting my bills up. I am going to change to a different service provider as soon as my phone line is fixed...
