my phone line and internet didn’t work. I have a business and this is very bad situation for me . Can you check and fix it problem !!!

If you are a Virgin Business customer you need to contact them direct, as this is a forum for Residential services only.
If you are a Residential Customer (in which case running a business from your account is against the Terms & Conditions, but there ya go) you will need to ring faults on 0345 454 1111

If you read my previous answer above, I have already stated staff here will take several days to respond. You need to ring faults for an immediate response.

I am really sorry you're having problems with your landline.
Have you managed to get this resolved since your post?
If not can you expand on the issues you're having, do you get a dial tone, is it incoming or outgoing calls that are effected?
