Phone landline changeover

Like many others my landline is in the hall and the hub in the lounge. Can the adapter be put into a mesh unit rather than directly into the hub?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.

The adapter and phone would need to be plugged directly into the hub not into any other connection.
