Phone adapter

got an email saying I will receive an adapter for my home phone. My question is how do I get on if there is no available spaces left on my router

I'm glad to hear this adapter has been arranged for you for the phone switchover. Can you confirm what you mean when you say there is no room left on your router?

@neilriley do you mean that you already have four devices plugged into the four ethernet sockets on the hub? If so then that's OK, above the ethernet sockets, there should be two smaller RJ11 sockets (I assume you do have a Hub 3 or 4) labelled, I believe Tel 1 and Tel 2. The phone connects to the Tel 1 port via the adapter.

Ok that should be fine then thanks. Yes I am using all the Ethernet sockets.
