morning,
we changed over to the hub 5 last night but weren’t sent a phone adapter so couldn’t switch our phone over to the back of the hub. Should we have had one included in the box?
I can confirm we’ve got no devices connected to the phone line besides the phone so it would be just a case of getting an adapter and plugging it up.
Do Virgin supply the adapters or do we have to buy one?

Hi @Mrs_G1,
Thank you for making this post regarding your Hub 5. 21CV (where you plug your landline into the Hub) is currently not compatible on the Hub 5, so you will not be able to connect a landline to your Hub 5 at the moment. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thanks for the response, just thought I’d check as it’s stage 3 in the set up booklet.
