My home line has not worked for a week or so now.
Outbound: No Dial Tone / "Line Error" MessageInbound: Caller hears ringing / no call received.
All connections are in place correctly.Phone line connected to Virgin hub.
Hub has been rebooted.Test carried out on Virgin Media Website.
Unfortunately, all attempts to contact Virgin Media have been unsuccessful so far.
Any help appreciated.
