Phone Landline - Not ringing with Incoming calls

Hello,

It appears that my landline phone is no longer ringing when receiving an incoming call.

I can make calls but there is no ringing bell. I have tried the phone at someone else and it is ringing there.

Could you please help me?

Sorry to hear of the landline issues experienced, we understand the concern this can cause and appreciate you taking the time to let us know via the forums. Welcome to the community.

Just to confirm, you have tried the handset at a friends house and it rings there? Do you use your landline and handset via a wall socket or directly into the back of the Hub? If it's via the Hub, how has your broadband connection been?

If it's a wall socket, are there other wall sockets you can try the handset in to see if it rings? Do you get a dial tone when picking the handset up? How long has this been happening for?

We're eager to get this looked into further for you.
