Hello I have placed a order and went through all the order processing and gave my bank details for my order to state PARKED can anyone help me on this please

An order can be parked for a few reasons, it could be that we need some further information or we're unable to offer you that particular deal.
When an order is parked we'd usually call you back within 48 working hours to advise further, has this been the case since your post?
