Would anyone know if the Virgin telephone works on DOCSIS off the back of the Hub 3 in the Harrogate area? I will be a new customer to Virgin for the telephone and already an existing customer with broadband so have the Hub 3 already installed and connected.
The reason I want to know this is I'm considering switching my landline (currently with another provider which is obviously on POTS) over to Virgin but don't want any extra wiring put into the house if I can avoid it.
Any information will be appreciated.

If you have not had the telephone service before you will be using a Hub based line. VM no longer installs POTS lines.

Hi @blackfive.

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding this Landline enquiry. As mentioned by @nodrogd, we would be installing by DOCSIS through the hub.
