Ordering phone cable/adapter

Hello

i can’t use my landline as I don’t have an adapter or the thing I need to plug in my router. 
I can’t seem to find out how to order or get one-unless I phone! Which I can’t do because my phone doesn’t work because I need the adapter thing!!!
