I requested on 13/04/2019 and again on 15/04/2019 for our existing landline number to be ported from PlusNet. I was informed during the phone call on 15/04/2019 that the number would transfer on 25/04/2019. However, PlusNet nor Virgin Media has written to me as part of the process (as stated must happen by Ofcom) to confirm the number transfer is going ahead. We are currently paying Virgin Media and PlusNet for phone services.
How can I be sure Virgin Media has applied to take over our existing landline number?
