No voicemail

Voicemail not picking up and coming calls. When we dial 1571 we get the normal “ you have no new messages” can you assist?

Sorry to hear about the issue with your voicemail not picking up any messages.

It sounds like we need to remove this from the system and re add again.
I can look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

I have checked the account and the free voicemail option was not applied.

This has now been added and can take up to 24 hours to work.

If you can test to see if its working in the next day or so that would be great.
