No text from VM confirming date of engineers visit

Hi placed call with VM today (via 150) requesting engineers visit regarding fibre phone install, operator informed me that I would receive text in the next 2 to 4 hours with date of visit, now 5.5 hrs later no text. Is there any way I can check to see if call has been logged on web site as I would llie to avoid holding on for another 30 to 45 mins to speak to operator again.....thanks.
