I have not had a telephone line since I upgraded to a new package in January. I have had engineers appointments cancelled and have been told it's in progress. Basically, I no longer believe anything I'm told. Still waiting on a callback! When I posted this on Trust pilot I was contacted by Virgin to post on the forum so someone from the company could help. We will see!
